1. Retailer and Trader Use Only:

• 1.1 This online store is exclusively for the use by retailers and traders of tobacco products.
• 1.2 The purchaser, and the receiver of the products, need to be over the age of 18.

2. Verification on Delivery:

• 2.1 If the purchaser does not provide a valid VAT number, it is required that the purchaser provides confirmation of their age with an ID document. 
• 2.2 Failure to provide this information may result in non-delivery and potential cancellation of the order.

3. Sales and Payment:

• 3.1 Orders are accepted and processed only after successful payment through the designated payment portals on our website.
• 3.2 Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their order and payment details.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations:

• 4.1 Requests for returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for damaged and defective goods only.
• 4.2 Proof of damage/defect must be provided to initiate a return, and only unopened cartons will be accepted.
• 4.3 Smokey Treats will arrange to replace the damaged goods at it’s own expense. 
• 4.4 A fee of R50 will be charged for processing refunds if requested for a return.
• 4.5 It is only possible to cancel an order before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Product Liability and Usage:

• 5.1 The purchaser is responsible for the lawful reselling or distribution of our products.
• 5.2 Smokey Treats is not liable for misuse or unlawful distribution of its products by third parties.
